Because it's a delivery office supplement, they get paid it for working in a delivery office, it's got nothing to do with d2d

I had 7 lots for 3 weeks in a row last month and it was murder. Only 2 this week.

I truly understand the d2d payment v indoor work issue but its over now and finished and we have to move on.

You could say why should someone get paid a supplement when they are on a rest week or AL. Its the same thing really.

think i've had 4 lots once, but i'm sure when d2d payment was axed and replaced with the delivery supplement we were told if there was ever 5+ they would come already prepared.
i welcomed the change because before when as a leave reserve i rarely got anything because usually the duty holder wanted the lot

Because it's a delivery office supplement, they get paid it for working in a delivery office, it's got nothing to do with d2d

Because the money that is used to pay the Delivery Supplement comes from the money that was being used to fund the D2D payments.
It isn't a coincidence at all.

Thank the union for that....still to this day I cannot understand why the union signed the rights away to door to doors....they should if anything have been negotiating a pay rise for them....at the time....I personally ended up worse off after them agreeing to that.....shoddy shoddy work by them,the deal agreed ...completely unfair also

Obviously one of the ones who benefitted from the door 2 door delivery supplement....

We all benefitted from D2D into workload, it's just that 4 years on some people still haven't understood that.
They probably don't understand why you do 1/6th a day either.
