Probably not, there hasn't been a Joint Statement issued by the Union, or did I mean LTB. :shhhhh

apparently everyone in our office gets a monthly bonus of £40-£50..

It seems a bit early for an office to be getting a bonus from this new “flog ‘em to within an inch of their lives” efficiency plan.

You’re not getting confused with the pay increase, are you?

If you are on a full-time (39 hour) contract your basic pay was increased in April from £372.10 to £383.26 per week.

:hmmmm Sorry but this is the best I can come up with.

The simple answer is that the old Delivery Remuneration and ICS schemes when they were wound up the union agreed that the average payment would continue to be paid to all those in receipt after they had topped up the old ex IWM christmas bonus. Under the PBS scheme people could opt too have this paid weekly or monthly.

There are millions of pounds in old bonus schemes which people in certain offices get paid throughout the UK. Under the BT 2010 agreement this money was to continue to be paid but on a reserved rights basis.

This is why some would get £40 when you will not.

The recent wage increase is hardly a bonus, it barely covers the cost of the rise in water bill and council tax. :mad
Why are lino's paid full-time ??
