Is it just me or have they never been to decent school/never mind charm school
And do I have to feel bullied to be bullied?

I have often wondered this myself :hmmmm , mind you, my own experience tells me... short of murder they would probably get away with anything untoward in a RM environment.

I've ended up speaking to them exactly the way they speak to me

One has realised this and is pleasant

Still working on educating the rest

what to get the sack ..... they would definitely be stacked against me for giving managers back chat in our office :dance

I believe the training for nightclub door staff and prison guards is quite rigorous actually. :whistle :nervous :chuckle :chuckle

Sack, why! just because you work there doesn't mean they can say anything they want to you without reply, if one gives me s**t I give it back, if they can't take it then they shouldn't give it.

we've got 7 bags each, 100's of parcels , useless pdas, crap weather, awkward calls and customers, 10 mile walks etc. they've got nothing to do when we go out except watch their bonuses rise !!
if i was one of them (managers) i'd be so happy to be doin nowt so i'd be happy with my staff :Very Happy
