Has anyone else got Red Bull Boys in their office? Have to laugh at all the clowns competing with one and other drinking cans of red bull on the ips sorting in the mornings, they actually think it gets them around the walk quicker? If you ask me its putting weight on half of them and slower they are getting not to mention they seem to get high or highly strung with that drink.

The whole energy drink phenomenon is built around that principle so you keep consuming more. Horrid stuff, far better with a slow release carbohydrate. If at the end of the day you're feeling a bit drained snickers + coca-cola will pick you up for a quick fix.

its just a sugar fix,,,a can of pepsi/coke and a bar of chocolate will do exactly the same. if the bellends in you're office are competing against each other on that basis ''to get round quicker'' then they must be a right bunch of balloons. let them get on with it.

A coffee and a breakfast does more for me than a can of pepsi/coke and a bar of chocolate.

It's the same loon pots that are going around with woolie hats and gloves and the past two days the shorts
has made a appearance, I'm sure there is something in them cans that's making them loopy!

A couple of boiled eggs, a handful of almonds and a strong perculated coffee keeps me going.
