Holiday entitlments

Dear all,


I started working for RM mid of December 2013. Just wondering if Im entitled to any holidays for the period of 2013/2014?
I have already booked my annual leave for 2014/2015 which I informed during my RM interview.

If there are any holidays available will the RM pay for those days or Just ask me to get those holidays?
I spoke to RM recruitment but they said i need to speak to the Manager regarding this matter.

Rule of thumb 2.5 days for each month worked.

Yes, you have earned 4-5 days this holiday year. If you can squeeze them in before April, fine, if not you can carry them over. The DOM's system should add them on next year unless you take them, automatically.
