unfairness between van shares and HCTS?

It may just be my office, But all the trolley walks in it, all come back in an hour, maybe 2 sometimes before the van shares.

I find this very unfair on the people like me who are on the park and loop walks.

no we normaly go over and claim overtime, the trolley walks always go under bar 1 or 2, even on busy days

If you don't then don't do it, you should only worry about your duty and not be concerned about what other people are doing, this is the best way to avoid any stress in this job.

I understand what your saying, P&L is the slowest way ever to work.

Some of our HTC's get back 1-2 hrs after the first p&l duties.

Is it very soon after the revision, and might the park and loops not yet got into their most efficient mode of working ?

I understand that you should only be concerned with your own walk to avoid stress but blatant unfairness shouldn't carry on when we are all supposed to be "going the extra mile " together. In our office colleagues with a HCT don't have to take oversized packets (obviously), tracked items (because they don't take a PDA), or have to do lapsing.

Our HCT posties now take PDAs so they should be able to take some tracked items - they are not that different from Specials...

PDAs are just so much more efficient and convenient - so why allow some not to use them? Most HCT rounds involves business and shops that get multiple scanned items - putting them on paper is just not on.

The only downside is not knowing how many returns as you would using a Card.

Don't talk silly all walks are equal and no one is treated any different from any one else. Royal mail does not discriminate and will not tolerate B&H in any way shape or form..........zzzzzzzzzzzzz

I am on a HCT delivery and use a PDA for tracked packets/recordeds, also there are a number of van deliveries that get back an hour or more before me and they are doing lapsing

Who cares what anyone else does. Just take your breaks, don't some in early and work to your time. That's what me and my buddy on P&L do and we don't get hassled with lapsing like the others who come in early and rush round do.
