Royal Mail announces changes to postal services in Borehamwood

Memebrs of the public will notice changes to the way their mail is delivered as a postal service company announces a national modernisation plan.

People in Borehamwood will receive letters at different times as Royal Mail updates its delivery routes.

Royal Mail will continue to deliver in the morning and for a longer period during the day, meaning Many customers will continue to get their mail by lunchtime.

However the time customers receive mail will depend on where they live on the new delivery route, and times may also change due to varying mail volumes.

The changes are in order to adapt to the growing number of parcels customers are receiving, which will be delivered by vans and trolleys.

Royal Mail will also be writing to every address in the Borehamwood postcode area about the changes it is making.
