Can anyone explain to me about my payslip and whether it's right. This is based on working 39.40 hrs on a 25hr contract
My basic pay on a 25hr contract is £233.40. Underneath it has Delivery suppliment £14.28
This is the bit that confuses me......
Weekly OT1 1st 10hrs 0.40hrs £6.81
Weekly Overtime @SSPR 14hrs £138.70
Firstly why is the 1st 10hrs at 0.40hrs. Shouldn't it be 10hrs? The weekly overtime SSPR is at a higher rate though at an extra 57p an hour.

Anything on OT up to 39hrs is paid at the SSPR which is higher because it includes the delivery supplement.
After 39hrs you get the standard OT rate up to 10hrs, if you did any more it goes to a lower rate so I've heard.
