Its semantics. If you asked everyone if they had purchased something in the last year because of a leaflet they received then 30% is probably about right. But put it another way 10 leaflets a week for 50 weeks = 500 leaflets. So if one person responded to one leaflet that's a hit rate of 0.2% and then if you take a group and only 30% purchased something because of 1 leaflet it goes down to 0.06%.

So as you can see from my rather amateurish attempt you can spin the figures however you want, but without the base data its a pointless exercise to get anything meaningful from it other than to push a particular message.

The less work you have going through your DO, the less jobs you are able to sustain.
If 10 D2D/week secured my job and the jobs of my colleagues I would happily do them.

And if you really don't want to do them, then don't.
Tell your manager you are refusing to do them, then go home, put the kettle on and look for a new job.
But at least be a man about it.

The less work you have going through your DO, the less jobs you are able to sustain.
If 10 D2D/week secured my job and the jobs of my colleagues I would happily do them.
