Why is this company unable to pay you properly and can always count on you chasing it up and waiting to be paid what your owed?

because the managers like the fiddle the overtime to make themselves look good because they are all about to lose their jobs when the next phase of privatization kicks in.

The payslip at the very least should give some accountability to what overtime you are being paid for i.e. 2.30 hrs on 20/2/14, that way you could easily spot what day you haven't been paid for.

I think the whole system needs revision anyway with regards to clocking in/out, I don't know if it's just my office but a lot of people massage the figures in their favour when writing down O/T.

Definitely agree with this, if all of the duties have a code how difficult would it be to attribute that code to the ot worked on your payslip. Thereby giving some degree of tracing what ot your missing. Never been so consistently incorrectly paid in any other job, it happens on at least a once a month basis.

Keep tabs on your o/t and moan like f*ck stating days and hours when it's not paid - works for me ....

Oh I do, just it's SA aswell I do the same thing every week yet still left off n f'd up.

Just really grinds my gears as I'm reliant on that money.

In the hope people get fed up of chasing and stop bothering.
I know a lad who always had to chase up OT payments.
In the end, he gave up and refused to do OT anymore.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
