Yes, but they never paid out.

50/50 and share in success are 2 that I recall.

Incentives....................?

1) Be thankful you've got a job........
2) Your duty hasn't been altered (added to) in last fifteen minutes...
3) We have given you all the equipment you need......
4) You've less to do than last year......
5) We've now given you innumerable leaflets and notices to read.......in your own time...
6) You've been given an inflation-busting payrise.........and you want more......?

Of course if you don't believe these well reasoned arguments you might be incentivised by:-

1) A Quality-based Bonus Scheme (Either Unit or Postcode based)
2) Payment for hours saved versus workplan/TM1 (IWM reborn)
3) Cost per item, ie total cost per Unit divided by traffic.

4) ANY OTHER IDEAS.......


The real factor is that any 'Bonus' Scheme has to be understandable to the people involved and they must have some say in the way it's managed otherwise it just becomes yet another item in the first list (and lord knows we don't need any more of those).
