If I work 3 day week and had a review 1 interview.
Will the standards be different because of the shorter week?
i.e standard 10 days for full time, what will my standard be?
Any advice please

The standards are the same but you have to understand that non-working days are included in the standard so if you go sick tomorrow and return in two weeks it's still 14 days absence even though it's only 6 working days.
