Losing Christmas Bonus If Sick..

I`m assuming we will have a crimbo bonus this year, I had heard that if you are sick over Christmas you won`t get it and even if it`s in your pay packet they take it back from you the next week?, I only ask this because at this very moment I have dark green snot pouring from my nose, I`ve got two blankets around me and I`m still shivering and my head is banging like a f`in bell and I`m just about to throw on my coat and leave for work.....
