Is any restrictions on how much you are supposed to unload/load on your own when out and about on collections

The safe loading weight of the vehicle.

Aren't the bags meant to weight up to, but not beyond 11kg.

20 KG is the single item weight but if it oversized you need two people!

So you don't have any? if so they the royalmail are breaking the law see your union rep if no union report them to the Health and Safety inspectorate!
