Hi i have a pick a round in Feb this year but not on it yet (going down my hours to a 4 day week) i was just wondering how long have any of you have had to wait.

Nearly 5 years, been a reserve since day 1. People far less senior to me have their own walks. Revision and repick due in Feb, few of them in for a shock :chuckle

Been with this company 12 years transfers to a smaller office 3 and half years and have been a leave reserve since. P+L started early 2012 no floaters all leave reserves, our repick finished in may this year waiting for new recruits until we can go down hours and days... :crazy:
