Xmas bonus - any confirmation yet?

Is it the normal £100, or the £100 as normal plus the £100 we were told we`d get from this xmas onwards for the next 10 years? I read it was paid on the 20th, however much it is.

Also this £200 from the new deal, paid BEFORE xmas 2014, is that paid with the above xmas bonus, so the 20th, or is it this fri, the 13th?

Cant find clarification anywhere, unless ive missed something? Seems crazy that its like 11 days away from our last paypay pre xmas and no one knows.

It's the 200 quid (pro rata) proffered in the wake of the ColleagueShare debacle plus an additional 200 quid (pro-rata) as a sugar coating to the no-strike dung pile of an agreement, so 400 quid all in (pro rata).

Its not been confirmed though as to when its paid, and IF we do actually get that extra 100 from 18 months ago that was promised. No one from RM has actually said that we get it, not since like august 2012. And will we get 200 this week, 200 next, or the whole 400 next week?

You say £400, but have you seen it in black and white that its 400? We`ve usually heard by now what dates thing will be paid. We all presume its 400, but is it? We dont actually know 100% that we even get the xmas bonus this year do we ?

We only get balloted in January btw, so that`ll last maybe 3-4 weeks, then count, then release the result, so im guessing feb.

£200 lump sum payment for each full time eligible employee (pro rata for part- timers) in post on 1 October 2013, in recognition of business progress. This will be paid before Christmas in addition to any Christmas bonus. from new agreement .that alright for yuss. Probably feb if you want to nick -pick. regarding backpay.

Chillax, £200 xmas bonus (pro rata) has been confirmed for payment on fri 20th dec.
Another £200 has been confirmed to be payed before xmas (pro rata).
Exact date of payment has not been confirmed but 99% certain to be fri 20th dec.
So thats £400 (pro rata) on top of fri 20th dec pay.

Am on a 25 hour contract but do 35+ a week with overtime. The revision payments were calculated pro-rata on your hours worked for the last six weeks, so that was fairly tasty. I expect these bonuses will be worked out just on your contracted hours?

Surely it will be worth about £120 to you pro rata less tax and national insurance. So about £80 in the pocket

If you work 35 hrs per week during your Xmas pressure period, your Xmas bonus will be based on this, not on your contracted 25 hrs.
We have 3 part-timers made up to full time for the Xmas pressure weeks, and they're getting the full bonus.

Hi, does RM HR take this into account through your wage or does your manager have to submit something to them?
JUst that over these 4 weeks my hours have so far been all over the place 31 last week and this week expecting about 40. Im currently on a 24H contract

That's fair and I suppose incentive to work more hours
