Querry customer postcode

A property on my round says his post code is wrong ,its saying he gets deliveries sent to a lane around the corner from him .If I see my boss would he have the power to correct it or has the customer got to go higher? Thanks in advance!

on my round one postcode covers two small streets. as long as his postcode is for the correct area and the street he lives in is on the letter then it should be no problem in getting to him. if he thinks his is wrong he can inform people who send him mail the correct postcode. your manager can also update paf.

Tell him to contact the council to confirm his correct post code, it will be the one on his council tax bill, if that's different to what we hold on the postal address file (your dom can check) the he needs to contact the address management unit to fix it
