Is it just me or are warnings being issued no matter what, unless you one of the managements favourites?

They don't even follow the conduct code to the letter, when we the posties must follow every by the letter or risk punitive action.

If you appeal or enter a grievance they close ranks and shove it up your arse ignoring all the relevant points presented.

Any other views on this?

Moved to Blue Shirts - its not really about the new agreement.

Yeah pretty much what you said,warnings always issued and their latest favourite one is to always use the reasonable belief route even when there is feck all evidence. :silenced

yea my office is getting really bad for that if you so much as fart at work nowadays. you end up with about 4 managers jerking off and mumbling about conduct code. it makes a s**t job even worse having to put up with these dickheads. who must read the rule book every night to think of something new to moan about

Best thing is give them no ammunition to shoot you down if you do it by the book how can they do you for anything!

Witnesses and support from the CWU (I know) but in what thing did you fall foul of this we are an open forum so do go into to much detail. I just argue the toss with them and they back down.
