Evening all,
Bit of a random question... does anyone know how to keep the back door from locking itself everytime you drive off on Peugeot partner vans?
Was out on a rural yesterday and found it really annoying having to unlock it everytime i stopped. I tried pressing the key button just above the gearstick but it still locks when i drive off. We only have 1 of these vans in our office and i found it was the best van i've ever driven, very spacious too... but annoying security features!

Unscrew the panel off the back of the door and cut the electrical wire to the lock. It's the only way

Try holding the key button in for bout 10 seconds

What happens @ a set of lights and someone decides to do a grab and run! You will be up on a mail integrity charge, why cut corners suppose you sit on your seatbelt to

Iam Using one at the moment best thing to do is press the Left hand button above gear stick before you exit vehicle this unlocks side and back doors but locks again after a few minutes,I must admit the best van Ive used for years B

I agree there a great drive,we only have one and its mine haha.I have got into the routine of pressing the button now its not a problem.

Damn fine van in my opinion, roomy and with a bit of poke for pulling into traffic. Locking of van is an excellent security feature .

They are comfortable, but for cheer chuckability around country B road bends @ 60 mph I prefer driving the Vauxhall combo.
You can't do B roads (or A roads unless they're dual carriageways) @ 60 mph in the Partner
