Hey, been hitting the overtime hard over the last 6 months, been doing 65 hour weeks on average
just wondering what everyone else does?

Some weeks I do 96 hours and meet meself going to work when I'm coming home.

i dont do any, when dim asks who wants o/t i tell him to employe more staff or make dutys realistic...

Can't go back early when leaving stuff. This is only for the new boss who seems more enlightened than the previous one, who had to wait at the office
until my finishing time and deliver my mail for me so I could finish on time.
Getting good at it, no overtime this week.

This is what I don't quite understand, ghost O/T is still rampant in some units, then others are saying how there workloads are terrible so refuse to do O/T. My unit being the first instance, full DM revision done, 3 hour average delivery spans, 1in 2 sats off or those who wanted to remain on a rotating rest day did. Needless to say our revision was s**t but we got the best from the s**t that was there. most members happy! RM not happy at all! nevermind!
