question from my collegues
a few lads in our office have purchased shares,i know if we sold our shares given to us by the company we would pay tax after 3 years, but what about selling your own personal shares you have bought one lad has bought 8 grand and another 5 grand that I know about in our place, they are thinking of selling in 2014,would they pay tax,or just pay a small fee for selling.

Re: question from my collegues
If they sell and make more than 10.900 profit you pay tax but on 8000 pounds worth the profit on todays price is 5500 so no tax
