But the way many are seeing it is they can't go ahead and buy kids presents etc until they know exactly what's going on with regards to back pay, bonus etc.

No you won't, you'll be on 6.5 hour deliveries ...apparently thats a sticking point in the negotiatons....rumour has it :d'oh!

Why are they cutting them? :cuppa I was under the impression that RM thought deliveries worked 12 hours in the designated 8 hour day and wanted 15. :cuppa
