Shift Allowance Times

Hi All

I am sure this has been raised already but I can't find the thread anywhere, and as nobody in my unit any longer gets the shift premium I am at a bit of a loss.
However, can someone please let me know what the bands are that attract shift premiums, and also if possible, what the financial benefit now is?

There is no early shift allowance in delivery. There is still late and night shift allowance though.

Dawn: Starts between 0201-0400 £25.21
Early 1: Starts between 0401-0500 £13.25
Early 2: Starts between 0501-0530 £6.61
Evening: Finished between 2000-2139 £18.91
Late: Finishes between 2140-0159 £39.98
Night: Three hours across 2300-0500 £75.65
Split shift span over 10 hours £10.71
Split shift span over 12.5 hours £21.42

Delivery staff do not get early 1 or 2, and there are higher rates for ex PHGs

fair comment. no lates or nights here on dly.

As it happens there will be some duties in my unit that have been withdrawn to provide nights over the xmas working period, they will obviously get the night shift premium, although seemingly they will be the only ones as the other ad hoc duties finish at 2000.

They would be entitled to evening shift allowance with a 2000 finish, but once management realise this they will probably move the finish time to 1959.
