Mail delivery methodology please read!

Hi everyone! I wasn't sure exactly where to post this but I think I'm in the right section. I'm currently a product design student embarking on a project to redesign the delivery methods royal mail employees have for mail distribution.

So at this stage I'm currently conducting initial research on the matter in order to go forward, and Royal mail themselves weren't playing ball and providing me any information.
So I was hoping the members of this site could spare a few minutes to attempt a simple questionnaire on survey monkey to help me in my cause!

forgive me for the crudeness of the first questionnaire, and if anyone has any information of contacts within the business or any other channels to reach as many employees as possible ( I'm based in Birmingham if that helps) or on the ground research I can conduct in one of the delivery/ sorting offices it would be much appreciated!
