I am not sure if you are aware of this update or not.

A joint statement has been agreed by Royal Mail and the CWU which commits the business to making a new improved pay and reward offer and that legal protections will move from 3 years to 5 with a review. The joint statement commits Royal Mail and CWU to further negotiations over the next two weeks and the ballot has been extended a further 7 days . Due. To the progress the CWU has made the industrial action scheduled to take place on the 4th November has been stood down . CWU
