Hi
If you've read my last few post you'll know I suffer from IBS and to cut a long story short, Atos say I should stay on my walk , the DOM told me today he wants to take me off my walk and will give me some walks to pick from Friday, I don't want to come off my walk, can he do this and over ride the Atos report? He is doing this because I work to my time.

The mature thing to do would be to sit down with him on Friday, go through the walks he is proposing, explain why each one is unsuitable for you and your condition and then tell him to ram them where the sun don't shine.

If you work till your time then it wont make any difference what walk you do.

Im off sick because of last week I told my line manager I wont work over my time, I was told I was off my walk as of Monday, this set off my IBS and in a phone call this morning the DOM told me he wanted me off my walk.
Is the Atos worth the paper its written on?

Why is he trying to change your walk? Also, is it going to be a 'permanent' move or temporary?

I have ths same problem as you (IBS). I'd say that as long as you have access to a toilet while out on delivery you should be ok. If you have to see your DOM go in with a Rep. Good luck

He's caused trouble all over the office , and it is to make life hard , I think he wants he to leave, awkward is a very good word for him.,I had a call from the area rep and he said as far as he is concerned I should keep my walk with reasonable adjustments made.he will meet the dom Friday morning

through the rep, dom and yourself you should be able to come to an agreement if not then pass it on to area. You must also remember Royal Mail are responsible for not only your physical wellbeing but also your mental wellbeing so first I would be asking to be assessed on my stress levels and having those results noted, then I would be lodging an ET1 as tribunals have a time bar on claims, claims must be made within 3 months minus 1 day from the date of the first act of discrimination
