havent been paid properly now for 7 weeks, union been onto this and nothings comming from it, looking to take this matter to a solicitor

not on pay but they with held holiday entitlement when I was awarded my job back.
they obviously said it was a computer error.........

so I fired in an et1.

if in doubt phone acas up....they are pretty good.

Keep notes of any conversations you have with Royal Mail, also take names of who you are speaking with, as future evidence for an employment tribunal, solicitor, acas or even your local citizen's advice bureau.

You might find the matter is sorted quickly once people know they are being held to account for what they do and say.
