Are we meant to by company policy get this once a week? any links to that in any agreement?

What about the part timers that come in later after the WTL .

should it be scheduled so they can attend?

Yes 30 min per week, doesn't need to be scheduled so everyone can attend, but has to hold another so pt staff get it as well

My own boss runs two WTLL sessions.
One for FT staff, one for PT staff. (The only reasons being differing start times and scheduling conflicts. And saving money).
Everyone should have them.
If you're not, then your manager is saving on their budget and lining their pockets with higher bonuses.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

What always amazes me is you can have a vital WTL like we had recently about lifting pouches because someone hurt their back lifting one but,anyone who's day off it was that day or on leave doesn't get it the next day or when they return from leave!!

Is not the manager capable of this it should all be done in the return to work interview or as a follow up with those whose day off it was! :shock:

We get a quick talk about signing in and out,also trips slips and falls now and then ,as the dom wont talk to us.
Still no word on the revision that is supposed to start next month

If it's a rare quiet tuesday we get a quick one but the manager is so desperate to get back to his coffee and fags it's always a rush job . Also get a bit of tv that they want us to . No 2nd meeting for the p/t or day offs though. Joke management.
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

We always have our WTL session on tuesdays, topics include dogs, shares, slips, trips and falls, shares, and incase you forgot.... SHARES!! :crazy:
