My contract is until 27/10/2013. I haven't had another one sent out yet. I am on a 3 month contract. Going though a revision. Should I worry?

I have similar problem, my contract have run out ages ago and still working for rm without contract. Spoke to our dumb union rep but no sufficient answer was given to me so I stopped chasing after it. I dont know why I am still paying £2.13 to foking CWU!! And guess what they still asking ME TO STRIKE f**k ALL

My renewals have never come through before previous contract runs off, normally seems to be about 2 weeks later

You do realise that the rep does not see any of that £2.13.

However, if he can't answer he should pass it up to branch - ask him to.

HOWEVER, just one question why are you blaming another employee for the failings of a Manager. RM are the ones that haven't given you a contract and your Manager is the one who needs chasing, perhaps with the help of the rep, but blaming him, and the Union as a whole is directing your righteous anger in the wrong direction.
