TV licence " We said we will call " flyers.
I know we deliver the TVL/Capita licence mail even if its the last mile, that's the franked stuff, but I'm reading on another forum that Royal Mail postman are hand delivering these to actual addresses, have Royal Mail got a contract with TVL/Capita to hand deliver these "we said we will call flyers" ? I definitely know G4S ie a meter reader does deliver them.
