I'm a casual in a Midlands MC. I've been there for a few years and I understand why people are going on strike and they have my full support. However, I've been getting less hours over the last few weeks. I don't want to work while everyone is on strike. If I was employed by Royal Mail, I'd be on strike with everyone else.
What do I do?

Yes, but technically I'm not. It's via Angard who people say is a Royal Mail company but they feed us so much bullshit, no one knows the truth.
