Previously after strikes, there has been ill feeling towards strikers/no-strikers working in the same office. You could ignore somebody if you felt that strongly.
Now though, there is the possibility of sharing a van with somebody who chose differently to yourself. You have to work together and communicate to get anything done. Going to make things quite unpleasant for some....

The way I see it:
The issues are scab issues, not ours. Let them handle their issues. We who will be striking have nothing to be ashamed of, nothing to hide. strike breakers can't say the same, so their issues are not our concern. After all we've got bigger fish to fry, namely the upper echelons of Royal Mail, and they'd love nothing more than to see the workforce fighting among itself. So instead be proud of your actions and politely disregard any opposing sentiment from strike breakers. When it comes to working together put your difference aside for the day and just crack on with getting the job done. We hold the high ground, not them!

I don't see why it should be uncomfortable for those who support the strike, they have nothing to be ashamed of and can hold their heads high. Let the tossers who accept the T&Cs negotiated on the back of other peoples' sacrifices squirm with embarrassment when they're sat in stoney silence in the van. Apart from absolutely, and I mean absolutely, necessary work-related communication, I won't be talking to any scab partners I have on P&L deliveries.
