pay rate after 6 months

Recieved new contract today it says starting
rate of £334.89 pro rata for part time.Now I was led
to believe the rate went up after 6 months?This is the
same rate as my first contract 6 months ago.Please
advise kind regards

Why am I not?its pro rata.ie 334 is the rate for 39 hours.i think the starting rate is £8.58
an hour.But I thought the rate increased after 6 months service

It does go up after 6 months,should be automatic.
Ignore what the contract says for the mo,go with your wage slip after the 6 months has passed.

I note the OP says he has received a new contract, and it is the same pay rate as the contract he received 6 months ago........ we're you given a fixed term contract of 6 months duration, which has now expired and been replaced by another fixed term contract of 6 months duration ?.

I was originally taken on with a one year fixed contract, this was changed to a permanent contract within a month or 2. I received the 50p pay rise 6 months after I started (4 or 5 months into the permanent contract), and should get another 50p rise after I've completed a year.

Yeah thats correct I had a fixed term contract of 6 months and have
now recieved another contract that runs until 5th april do just
under 6 month's. So do my wages go up
