Do they have to wait three years to get theirs or do they get them now?

Those they got under the employee share issue (not the extra ones) then the same rules will apply to them.

Its the bonus they earn off our backs that pigs me off, there is nothing phantom or 3 year wait for that.

what happens if they sack someone....have a yera wait for the tribunal but as the sacked person was off the books they made savings.....int he mean time they move office

they get stuffed in the tribunal and the back pay gets paid to the employee....
