Moya's team is saying that being told/forced to take break at end of a 5 hour duty is OK.. as it can be a local agreement..

I thought the cwu agreement contract thingy couldn't be locally changed.

Local agreements should only be made within the framework of the relevant national agreement.
If you believe that your local agreement stands outside this framework contact your branch for clarification,If no joy contact union headquarters.
If you're not a union member try stamping your feet and looking petulant.

yes the cwu are ok with breaks at the end on 5 hour dutys @ cwu headquarters as long as its locally agreed just like moya said .

But we didnt think this was in the framework, we thought it was breach of contract
