Think I posted a letter to the wrong number. What would be the outcome of a complaint? It's just a normal letter. Not special or Recorded or anything. Our Dom is a arse so I'm bit worried. I've not had any complaints before.

Probably dismissal at the very least if not even a long drawn out High court case which will probably end in the judge wearing his black cap and ordering the death penalty Alternatively, absolutely nothing will happen as everyone makes mis-deliveries. As long as you don't make a habit of it (or possibly even if you do) you'll be fine.

If and its a big if then saying you knocked helps. We are not automatons, and although they desire 100BSI they won't get it in reality. However, even if your DOM is the biggest, scariest and hardest manager out there, then any punishment beyond counselling would be outside the normal range of actions and therefore as it would be unlikely to stick in an ET, its unlikely for the DOM to do anything more then send you on a session with your trainer.
