not had an interview in nearly 20 years due to being long term with previous employer are the questions they ask mentioned on various threads still the same?
anything I should be aware of at interview?

Well I had my interview and pretty certain I wont be the chosen one, question where a little different in wording but not far off.
Most stated they wanted work related answers which in my case was hard to put into words without putting technical terms in that the average person wouldn't understand.
I prepared well for interview and know I could do a good job but when it all comes down on how you answer a question or if boss likes you then it becomes a bit of a lottery in my opinion, just waiting on the hard luck email
