Uniform ordering

Hello there,

I haven't yet started working or done the Welcome Day. Do I order my uniform when I officially start or can I do it now?

Simple question, but in the emails they sent one says one thing and another says something else.

When i started just under a year ago it took months before ANY uniform was ordered. I was only given a high-viz vest. I looked pretty unprofessional roaming around in my own clothes but got used to it. However, this probably varies from office to office. You probably don't have your employee number yet but once you do you can order uniform online via the link below. From memory the password is 'Delivery'.

I'd say your best off just asking your manager to order it for you when you turn up at your office. Expect a bit of a wait though.

you can do it now,dimension workwear online,but you have to register with your payroll number,just done it myself,but remember in the options box you have to put a reason,(new uniform,replacement,etc) or it won't get processed,you can also get access to your entitlement and a timeline for replacement.

This is what i've had emailed to me by Dimensions;

''The following comment has been left against this order: Our uniform records indicate that you had 5 shirts and a cagoule issued on 24/1/13. This is your entitlement.
Orders that are over entitlement need to be placed by your line manager providing an explanation for the request''

Entitlement? I feel honoured to have my 5 shirts, 3 of which never arrived. Also 1 paper thin cagoule. Cheers Royal Mail!

Hi I haven't got my pay number yet, when should that be received? I am currently 11 days away from the welcome day and obviously start the following day. Current status is that they are posting a contract out to me.

I havent had any ordered for me and because of the weather and I havent been supplied correct footwear I slipped in my trainers that had no grip and have injured myself what should i do now?
