Has anyone heard anything recently from the CWU about Work Place Coaches? There was an LTB on 15th August that said we would be hearing soon about RM's attempts to "expand" on the 2006 agreement but I've not heard anything.
The main reason for asking is that the coaches in the office have been volunteered for a 3 day course which we're all highly dubious about. We suspect that they're going to try and re-educate us (in a Soviet style) to love world class mail and act as surrogate managers. We're not happy and are sticking to the national agreement.

how would i go about removing our work place coach from his position ? The reason i ask is because he does nothing and lots of staff have said to me i should put myself forward for it as lots come to me for advice on various issues and i always try my best to help them out.All the current coach does is come in early and rush out the door and when asked about something says its nothing to do with him.
