What's the gross wage for working 28 hours and what do you actually come out with?

best thing to do to answer both is use this formula
(Current wage divided by current hours) x 28
That way your tax, NI and any allowances will be taken into account. Even so it will still be a fairly rough estimate, but better than anyone else give you.
