No longer have the 'pleasure' of this publication, as they don't send it to me now.
But I take it I'm not missing anything......except more propaganda obviously.

Re: Happy Budgie
the article about the bloke not being able to give the customer who thought it was a debt collector and ignored the door until the p739 came through and his dom said he was unable to give them the special delivery it doesnt say what time it was ? if it was 11am or 101pm ?Cut Off King wrote:My Budgie is over the moon, now that the courier has arrived I've been able to change his cage bottom lining![]()

Re: Happy Budgie
What difference does the time make, the postie concerned is obviously a retard. Why phone a f*cking manager, just rescan it and get it signed for!bringon4dayweeks wrote:the article about the bloke not being able to give the customer who thought it was a debt collector and ignored the door until the p739 came through and his dom said he was unable to give them the special delivery it doesnt say what time it was ? if it was 11am or 101pm ?Cut Off King wrote:My Budgie is over the moon, now that the courier has arrived I've been able to change his cage bottom lining![]()

What a tit standing there with a special in his hand telling a customer he'd have to go and get it from a post office. I'm suprised some RM employees remember to breathe.

I think under your scenario the special delivery would then subsequently fail if it had been notice left on time. I believe rescanning just updates the first attempt time.OnAFlyer wrote:What difference does the time make, the postie concerned is obviously a retard. The sender would then be eligible for compensation and the postie would be conducted.
If you are unsure about anything regarding delivery pass the hassle to your line manager. It's what they are paid for.
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Re: Happy Budgie
The article about the van restoration was an absolute joke............ apparently a good valet, reupholstered seats and new mats will stop breakdowns.
Were they short on news, or do they just assume posties are thick - don't answer that, I already know the answer

I'm under the scenario the postie involved is a 'tard. He'd just been knocking on the door so its extremely unlikely it was after 1 anyway, and even if it was he'd already scanned it before 1 so it wouldn't matter.Pat Ostman wrote:I think under your scenario the special delivery would then subsequently fail if it had been notice left on time. Telling a customer they'll have to go to a PO to collect something you are stood in front of them with is absolutely ridiculous. No wonder half the public constantly moan about us.

When we are building up for trouble I stop reading it as its a total windup. Mine went straight in the cat tray (the old size fitted better) cats showed what the thought.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........
