Hiya guys been really messed about with my dom the guy let me transfer to another office been there 3 months now decides he wants me back and hasnt signed the transfer forms because hes layed some staff off sorted my life around my new office including childcare,

Have you been driving to the new office every day?

If you haven't been transferred yet, that means you've been loaned out to this other office for 3 months... which means you can put in a claim for fuel money (I think you get up to 45p per mile), and travel time (you should get paid for the time it took to travel to and from the 'other' office)

So if you drove 5 miles to work every day, which took you 20 mins... and 5 miles back each day which took you another 20...

10miles x 5days x 4weeks x 3months = 600 miles, which equates to £270 in fuel money alone.

Then 40mins x 5days x 4weeks x 3months = 40 hours travel time (which would be what, about £360?)


That's just an example - and even if you haven't been driving, you can still claim travel time.

He might find he had signed the form after all
