Revision, Redundancy?

my office is having a revision very soon, and me only being a part time reserve, how likely is redundancy? or getting sacked for anything that a manager might have turned a blind eye to before?

if they're looking to lay people off, small things everyone at my place seems to do that managers might have let go in the past might be called up on?

Unlikely unless you applied for it in any preference exercise. RM at the moment haven't made anyone of CWU represented grades (AFAIK) complusory redundant. In fact I think there is an agreement that there won't be any compulsory redundancies.

In the current climate that is always a possibility no matter your contract or duty.
