Permanent round

Post by Joehego55 »

I really want a permanent round, it's so annoying going someone new every week learning a new round etc, especially when I keep going to offices no where near my main office!

No - there is no limit, either to how many offices or how many times - beyond common sense of course.

However, they shouldn't be the only reserve being utilised like this (unless they are the only reserve of course), it should be shared out fairly and without discrimination or favouritism.

The big thing to remember is that if they are sending them off to different offices then the individuals are well within their rights to start and finish at their normal place of work*, and at their normal times as well. If they enforce this then RM has to arrange transport to the new office (mileage claim if appropriate) and back to the main office ---- during duty times.
