Hi everyone,

I've searched through the message board and found one or two posts on when someone is entitled to leadership allowance, but just wanted to make sure I'm right with what I've found.

For the allowance you have to be in charge of at least five people for an hour and three-quarters, when there are no managers present. Does this include opening/locking up the building?

Also, and the answer to this is probably 'no', but is the allowance back-datable?

Yes this will include opening/locking up the building and yes you should get the allowance backdated if you have been doing this.
Speak to your rep who should be able to sort this out for you.
