why do so many postmen/women moan so much about rm?

I came on forum (rarely) to reasearch the shares and am surprised how many comments there are slagging of rm! every job has good points and bad points but if you feel such bad feeling for the hand that feeds you, what the heck are you doing still working for them? give it up and give the position to somebody who would appreciate it. Maybe i will get slated for going against the grain but it is so damn annoying and makes moral low. just get on with it or give it up!

Fishcake there is something called a "search" or simply scroll down the page. We have done this to death already.

If their was employment out their ,RM would see a mass exodus of staff ,their are few jobs out their so you are trapped .

Some staff at RM have it nice and cushty and a nice little number with no hassle, can only assume you are one of the chosen ones.
Have worked at lots of different places over the years and worst treatment by bosses has been with RM .

WHY SO MANY STRIKES AT THE MOMENT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY ?

Staff ,are just so fed up with poor unfair treatment by bosses who refuse to listen.

Maybe he works in a DO where there is no bullying/harassment from mangers and everything is hunky dory. Personally i think the job is okay, but it has potential to be so much better. RM lets the job down by continuously letting managers get away with bullying hard working, decent posties who just want to work their hours and get by. Once i am out of the office, away from managers and propaganda talk i quite enjoy the job.
