Currently on my rota week and moving home. Rang up to change my address and was told my automated response I had to do it via line manager or self serve.
What's self serve, is it something I could do online? Rather not have to go into work on my week off

I think self-serve might be doing it yourself via the PSP system. Unfortunately you're unlikely to have access to that system unless you deal with staffing/overtime etc
