A few weeks back was on here about a duty not being advertised correctly, though this was dealt with at area level as manager done it wrong , we have another problem that has risen from that and need some advice.
The duty is a park and loop one person a driver the other a non driver, the non driver has just just got the duty 2 weeksd back, inbetween time the driver has now had the P& L changed to a single duty on DDA and the non driver has been told he can keep the non driver duty and that it is now going to be another single driving duty. now thi9s duty holder is a non royal mail driver . so my question is this.
Does the non driver duty be re-advertised as a single driving duty , or does the present non driver stay on the duty and is made up to a RM driver .
any information would be appreciated as I can see another timb bomb going off as the non driver at the moment is the one that has done a lot of B/H which management ignored over the last resign on the non driving duty.
