So like the title says. It was very very hot day today.

1 customer offered me a drink. Who had a special. I said no thanks cuz I was fasting (Ramadan)

I usually carry a 2 litre frozen water bottle

I been on this delivery around 2 years now.

i take 4 litres of water so im not bothered

I too carry water, but have never refused a kind offer of a drink. The owner of a now defunct off-licence always offered me a drink on hot days - but always refused to let me take an 8-pack of lager

None has offered me anything last week when it was boiling then this week I wore just my Bikini again under the High-Viz like last year and I had loads of people offering me a bottle of water or a soft drink

I had a Fruit Pastille lolly given to me but i also had 3 ltrs of over night frozen bottles with me,and poured loads over me so a very nice soaked shirt

Had 2 offers of drinks when out on delivery, one a cold beer which i gratefully accepted

I carry a water bottle and have a frozen one dropped off with my bag as a treat.

I had one come out on Friday as I was halfway round my walk and offered me TWO drinks!! a cold can of 7up or a cold can of Fosters.

I had to take the 7up as I was driving.

But I also take a 2 litre bottle 3/4 frozen with ice and another 2 litre bottle filled with water and just keep transferring water from one bottle to another.

oh and walked under a couple of lawn sprayers as well yesterday :) pure heaven

yes i was offered 2 drinks one on my normal round and then one when i was delivering parcels in the van on docket

I knock on doors to get my bottle refilled, has often ended up with a can of cold juice or beer instead!
