Missort policy ?

Can anyone tell me about the missort policy on delivery,- if U have a missort then U have to deliver it. (regardless whoever prepped up the frame)

Correct me if am wrong on the above.

2nd case,
Now what if a customers hands U a letter from another walk to you (which may have been mis-delivered by the post person of another walk), how do you endorse it ? Will I need to go to a street beyond my duty/walk ?

If you have time you deliver it.
But if it was missorted it couldn't have been checked for redirections/keepsafe etc.

They don't like us to bring anything back but those "No Access" stickers can hide a multitude of sins.

basically dont finish an hour early and bring back 10 missorts. only deliver if you have time normally 1st class only otherwise write m/s and date on the letter and put back in sorting frame

Yes. I've never had a mis sort. I've had plenty of dogs out, temporary no access etc... Just be creative.

i was doing Park and Loop. the missort i got was for the other guy and manager is chasing me for wilful delay as i marked it as missort. he says u cant bring anything back and definitely no missort but thats B.S cuz i cant achieve 100% accuracy what am a robot.

plus if anyone has any official link for the document regarding the guidelines, agreements or any relevant offical docs etc so i can check and verify.

Just say it might have been a redirect so you had to bring it back.

I got bollocked for bringing about 5 missorts back once, on a walk I hadn't done before, manager said I should deliver them. I said well what if it takes me over my time, he said 'well it's your fault theres a missort yu deliver it in your own time without pay'. Made me laugh, I mean, as if.

Surely ALL missorts should be returned to frame as they could be re-directions/collections?

Bring them back shove them in the frame, I've never seen a manager hang around the office long enough that there's one there when I come back from delivery!?
